Orrell Auctions & Real Estate PLLC is a Southeast Arkansas based auction company, with our home office located in Monticello, AR. We have serviced public, legal, financial, and municipal clients in South Arkansas since 2005. In late 2013, we expanded our services to include the Pine Bluff, AR area. Traditional real estate listings, real estate auctions, and personal property auctions in the Pine Bluff area are handled by our associate Salesperson/Auctioneer, Dink Webb.
Through auction marketing, conducting live onsite auctions as well as auctions where the bidding takes place online via the internet, we convert assets to cash. We specialize in Real Estate, Personal Property, Estate Settlement, Business Liquidation, Fundraising and Consignment auctions.
We are members of the Arkansas Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association and adhere to a Code of Ethics set forth by our National association. This Code of Ethics of the National Auctioneers Association and the Standards of Practice guides the members in the performance of their professional responsibilities and duties. While this Code may establish obligations higher than those mandated by law, in any instance where the Code and the law conflict, the obligations of the law must take precedence.
Principal Broker/ Auctioneer Jimmy Orrell holds the CAI designation.
Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI)
Established in 1975, the Certified Auctioneer Institute is the most revered professional designation an Auctioneer can acquire. Commonly referred to as CAI, the program focuses on developing the skills required to operate a successful auction firm and business.CAI designees become a part of an extraordinary network of professional Auctioneers who possess the knowledge and skills needed to provide their clients with outstanding services. The CAI designation communicates to attorneys, trust officers, government officials, accountants and others affiliated with the auction industry that the CAI Auctioneer is committed to continuing education and is dedicated to professionalism and excellence in the auction profession. The Certified Auctioneer Institute is an educational program completed over a three-year period.

Upon completion of the required coursework and receiving their CAI designation, CAI Auctioneers must complete 24 hours of continuing education every three years to maintain their designation.
